Robert D. Stewart, age 56, died Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at his home on Pelican Lake. He was born on April 30, 1953, in Antigo to Dr. Donald and Florence (Quade) Stewart. Bob was a graduate of Antigo High School. Over the years, he was employed as a chef at various Northwoods supper clubs. His greatest joy was living at Pelican Lake where he enjoyed water skiing, fishing, hunting, snow skiing, and snowmobiling. He was also interested in making jewelry. Bob is survived by his former wife, Nancy Dvorak of Elcho; his daughter, Jody Stewart of Milwaukee; two grandchildren, Joshua and Avianna both of Milwaukee; his sister, Donna Ruf of Antigo; a niece, Janell Shiers of Bellevue, WA; and many cousins across the country. Graveside services and inurnment will take place at 1 p.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2009, at the Enterprise Cemetery with Chaplain John Uhlarik officiating. Please meet at the cemetery.
