Anne S. Crute, age 83, of Rhinelander, died Tuesday, June 20, 2006, at St. Mary's Hospital. She was born on March 31, 1923, in Cleveland, Ohio to Michael and Bertha Satorius. Mrs. Crute volunteered at the Oneida County Senior Center, loved to embroider, and enjoyed ceramics for a number of years. She is survived by her son, Ronald (Polly) Crute of Rhinelander; a sister, Betty; four grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clarence; her daughter, Linda; and her son, Keith. There will be no funeral services. Carlson Funeral Home assisted the family. The family suggests donations in memory of Mrs. Crute be directed to the Oneida County Department on Aging.
